A Real Taste of Louisiana
Sports to Geaux was created around one simple mission: to offer the best-tasting Louisiana food on-the-geaux and be the #1 food truck of choice in Freeport and the surrounding Emerald Coast.
When we first opened the truck in 2019, it was out of the desire to share a real Louisiana dining experience, the kind you can't fake. Dark-roux gumbo, fresh boudin links, gator bites, catfish straight out of the fryer.
We use only high-quality ingredients in all our menu items. As food lovers ourselves, we believe in serving the best food and service to every customer who walks up to the window.
You'll find us posted up permanently at Props Brewery Hammock Bay, Friday through Monday from 3pm to 9pm. Cajun food, craft beer, and a place to sit and stay a while.
